TERMS & CONDITIONS

ARCC Systems | Effective: August 2026 | Governing State: Idaho

1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

By booking a strategy call, signing up for any service tier, or making a payment to ARCC Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. ARCC Systems is a doing-business-as (DBA) name operating out of the state of Idaho. These terms constitute the entire agreement between ARCC Systems and the Client.

2. SERVICES

ARCC Systems provides done-for-you digital infrastructure for local service businesses, including but not limited to:

- Professional website design, build, and ongoing maintenance

- Unified inbox setup (sms, email, social dms)

- Custom service quoter configuration

- Online booking system setup and management

- Payment deposit processing integration

- Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization

- Automated review request campaigns

- Business phone line and missed-call auto-textback

- Appointment reminder automations

- Lapsed client re-engagement and referral portal systems

Services delivered depend on the tier selected at time of purchase.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & PRICING

ARCC Systems offers three monthly subscription tiers:

  • Tier 1 — Foundation: $197/month

  • Tier 2 — Growth: $297/month

  • Tier 3 — Automation: $497/month

All plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Active clients will be notified no less than 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

4. PAYMENT

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize ARCC Systems to charge your card on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.

Backup Payment Method: ARCC Systems may request a secondary payment method to prevent service interruption if a primary card is declined or expired. Providing a backup card is optional but recommended.

If a payment is declined and not resolved within 7 days, ARCC Systems reserves the right to pause services until the balance is cleared.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

No long-term contracts. No setup fees. Cancel anytime by contacting ARCC Systems directly. Access to all managed systems ends at the close of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused days.

Buyout Option: To retain full ownership of all systems, tools, and automations built by ARCC Systems, a one-time buyout fee of $1,000 applies. This transfers complete ownership with no further obligation.

6. WHAT YOU KEEP AFTER CANCELLATION

✅ Always Yours — Regardless of Cancellation:

- Your domain name and credentials

- Your Google My Business profile and all reviews

- All customer data collected prior to cancellation

- Any physical assets provided (e.g., QR code review placard)

❌ Lost Upon Cancellation (unless $1,000 buyout is exercised):

- Your ARCC-built website and all custom pages

- Unified inbox and crm platform access

- Custom service quoter

- Online booking system

- All active automations

7. SCOPE OF SERVICES — WHAT WE DON’T DO

The following are explicitly outside the scope of all service tiers:

- Paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

- Social media content creation or management

- Cold outreach or lead generation on behalf of the Client

- SEO beyond GMB optimization included in Tier 2+

- Graphic design beyond what’s needed for agreed-upon systems

Driving traffic to Client-owned systems remains the Client’s responsibility.

8. NO RESULTS GUARANTEE

ARCC Systems guarantees the quality and functionality of all systems built under your subscription. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, lead volumes, or Google rankings.

Results depend on factors outside our control including Client effort, local market conditions, review acquisition, and social media activity.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

- Complete the Onboarding Form promptly and in full detail

- Provide accurate business information, photos, and materials

- Grant manager-level GMB access (Tier 2+)

- Respond to ARCC Systems communication in a timely manner

- Actively solicit Google reviews as directed during onboarding

Delays from failure to provide required info or access do not constitute a breach by ARCC Systems and may extend build timelines.

10. EXCLUSIVITY

ARCC Systems operates on a one client per niche, per city model across all 50 U.S. states. Upon signup, the Client secures exclusive representation in their service category in their city for the duration of their active subscription. Exclusivity expires upon cancellation.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All templates, workflows, and automation frameworks remain the intellectual property of ARCC Systems. The $1,000 buyout grants the Client a perpetual license to use the systems built for their business. Client-provided content remains the Client’s property at all times.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ARCC Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Idaho.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

ARCC Systems may update these terms at any time. Active clients will be notified of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
